• Ensure products are eligible for shipment to FBA or any fulfillment center

All sales are final. We are not responsible for brand restrictions, listing removals, account suspensions, or marketplace policy violations. Prices, quantities, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for price fluctuations in any online marketplace.

• Products are sold only in full case packs or available inner packs
• We do not break cases or offer samples
• Prices may change at any time without notice

Product Descriptions & Colors

We strive for accuracy, but product colors and descriptions may vary due to monitor settings or manufacturer changes.

Assortments

Assorted products may vary in size, color, style, or quantity. Photos are for reference only and may not reflect the exact contents of each shipment.

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies, even after payment confirmation.

UPC / ASIN Codes

UPC or ASIN availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for misprinted, missing, or unreadable codes.

MONTHLY SPECIALS & PROMOTIONS

• Quantities may be limited
• Offers are valid only during the stated promotion period
• Sale prices are not combined
• Orders must be fully paid within the promotional timeframe
• Inventory is subject to availability and may sell out without notice

PAYMENTS

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Bank Deposit
• Wire Transfer (International Customers)

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

SHIPPING POLICY

• All products are sold FOB from our warehouse. Once inventory leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
• Buyers must provide or arrange shipping labels
• Someone must be present to receive deliveries
• Additional services (lift gate, inside delivery, limited access) may incur extra fees
• Any unexpected carrier charges billed to us will be passed to the buyer plus a 10% service fee

LIMITED ACCESS LOCATIONS

Deliveries to limited-access locations (schools, military bases, storage facilities, etc.) incur an additional $79 fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International customers are responsible for freight forwarding
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• US Wholesale Distributors is not liable for international shipping delays, customs holds, or additional charges

REFUNDS, RETURNS & ALL SALES FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once inventory has shipped from our warehouse, NO returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Overstock
• Unsold inventory
• Marketplace restrictions
• Brand or listing issues
• Buyer’s remorse

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to not file chargebacks or payment disputes for completed and shipped orders. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent loss of purchasing privileges
• Collection of outstanding balances
• Legal action if necessary

All shipping records, invoices, tracking details, and signed delivery confirmations will be submitted as evidence in dispute cases.
